Hey CESM Community,
I hope everyone's doing well!
I'm currently working on a project using the iCESM-LME Atlantic MOC data (downloaded from the EarthSystemGrid) and have encountered some issues that I'm hoping to get some insight on. Specifically, I've noticed some anomalies in the AMOC profiles across different experiments. While the control run (001) seems to show a normal stream function climatology for the Atlantic, with positive values indicating northward flow in the upper 2,000m, the mean state in other experiments appears irregular and non-physical.
I'm writing to turn to the broader CESM community for assistance. Has anyone else encountered similar issues with the iCESM-LME Atlantic MOC data from EarthSystemGrid? By any chance can we try to fix this discrepancy? Or does anyone have suggestions, guidance, or resources available to rectify these data inconsistencies?
Any input or assistance would be greatly appreciated! Looking forward to any insights or responses from the community.
Thanks!
