I am using iCESM1.2 to do atmosphere-only experiments with prescribed SST's and sea-ice. I am running into an issue where sea-ice will not extend equatorward of 40N or 40S. Any values poleward of 40N/40S are being implemented correctly, and the model runs well otherwise. Is there a way to change this to extend past 40N, or something to check for?
