icesst tool for ice cover and SST

Hi,
I am trying to use the icesst tool for manipulating the ice cover and SST.
As I am manipulating outputs of the model, I have the SST and ice_cov in T42 resolution.

To use the regrid and bcgen utilities, I understand that I need 2 separate files: one for SST and one for ice_cov, but I am not sure that I build them correctly (I get an error: "NetCDF: Invalid dimension ID or name" ).

I am looking for the files from the readme file : MODEL.had+oiv2.sst.mnly.49-01.unf.nc
and MODEL.had+oiv2.ice.mnly.49-01.unf.nc, so I will be able to learn how to build my files.

These files and more updated versions are available from the NCAR CGD anonymous ftp website at
/ftp/pub/rneale/sst (I think).
