I am using the I1850Clm45BgcGs compset with 1850 land & atmospheric forcings, primarily with a stub glacier in my local domain. Now, I want to make similar simulations for the present day (2000), but I couldn't find a similar compset, such as I2000Clm45BgcGs. I only found two similar compsets: I2000Clm45BgcCrop and I2000Clm45BgcCropQianRsGs, but these two have a crop model that I do not want to use. Are there any suggestions?

You can use compset longnames to request model configurations that don't have aliases.
For example, the long name for the I1850Clm45BgcGs compset is

1850_DATM%GSWP3v1_CLM45%BGC_SICE_SOCN_RTM_SGLC_SWAV

You could modify it to get a similar I2000 case

2000_DATM%GSWP3v1_CLM45%BGC_SICE_SOCN_RTM_SGLC_SWAV

You can list available compsets and their long names by using query_config in ..../cime/scripts

query_config --compsets clm

There is more information on compsets here:
