Info Request for using mkmapdata and mksurfdata

Dear All,I'm gonna to use clm4.5 to investigate the effects of some scenarios on biogeochemical cycles. I have climate data as input data in 0.25x0.25 regular lat/lon resolution. But in couple of weeks, I'll also start to work with 12x12km high resolution. My domain based on Europe. I created successfully all requested SCRIP files and MAP files execpt the  map_1km-merge-10min_HYDRO1K-merge-nomask_to_0.25x0.25_EU_nomask_aave_da_c131120.nc. I'm working on a cluster without support :-( I installed the ESMF library on my local PC. For creating almost all the map file it worked fine but not for UGRID file. I'm trying to install the ESMF library on the cluster but without success. Is there a solution to get or generate the map file (i.e map_1km-merge-10min_HYDRO1K-merge-nomask_to_0.25x0.25_EU_nomask_aave_da_c131120.nc) for a domain in Europe (lon(0)=-24.875;lon(231)=32.875, lat(0)=35.125;lat(141)=71.875). Mazbe it'll also help me if I can get the UGRID file just for this domain, thus I can run the scripts with ESMF on my Local PC.

Dear All,please, please. can anyone provide me the map file from UGRID file for 0.25x0.25 regular lat and lon on global scale. Then I can cut the requested domain for Europe. Unfortunatelly I cannot install ESMF on any cluster. on my Local PC the ESMF does not work because of the failed memory. Please, I can not run the clm4.5 because of missing this map file. I've been really trying to solve the problem since more than one month. Any kind of help will be very appreciate. Best wishes
