Input aerosols emissions of black carbon and organic carbon in FC5

I am confused about how the input aerosol emissions of BC and OC aerosols in FC5 calculated. As my understanding, the anthropogenic and biomass burning emissions of BC is the average of 1990–2000 and OC is the average of 1997–2006 of the Lamarque et al. (2010) IPCC AR5 dataset. Is it right ? Can anyone help me to make sure of this?

the emissions are as described in the paper, i.e. the biomass burningemissions for year 2000 are the 10-year average (to not be tied toa single anomalous year).
