input pft and lai data for clm3.0

I need global mksrf_pft.nc and mksrf_lai.nc files at 0.5 degree resolution for CLM v3.0 for my research work. These older files are no more available on CLM website.

Can anyone please help me in this regard?

But these files are available with the clm4 release and, if necessary, you could modify them for clm3.
