Inputdata can not download

Hi,
I am trying to submit 1.5.5. Spinup of CLM5.0-BGC-Crop — ctsm release-clm5.0 documentation case, there is a missing file "inputdata/atm/cam/chem/trop_mozart_aero/aero/aerodep_clm_SSP370_b.e21.BWSSP370cmip6.f09_g17.CMIP6-SSP3-7.0-WACCM.001_2018-2030_monthly_0.9x1.25_c210826.nc" 5918.17MB and I try ftp and svn both several times but still can not download this file.

This file is available. What error messages are you getting? Try issuing these commands.

svn ls https://svn-ccsm-inputdata.cgd.ucar.edu/trunk/inputdata

and

svn export https://svn-ccsm-inputdata.cgd.ucar...CCM.001_2018-2030_monthly_0.9x1.25_c210826.nc

When I submited the BGC_spinup case 1.5.5. Spinup of CLM5.0-BGC-Crop — ctsm release-clm5.0 documentation, I got Error
scripts/BGC_spinup$ ./case.submit

ERROR: CONTINUE_RUN is true but this case does not appear to have restart files staged in /home/clm/clm45/CASE_DIR/BGC_spinup/run rpointer.drv

How can I do to solve this problem? Look forward for your advice. Thank you.
