Internal pop2 clock not in sync with Sync Clock

I built a case:create_newcase -case /glade/p/work/lxia/cesm/ccmi/b_2004_2100_1deg_refc2_rcp45_CCSM4_chem.003 -compset B_2004-2100_CCMI_REFC2_RCP45_TROP_STRAT -mach yellowstone -res f09_g16 -mach yellowstone
And it has been run successfully from 2004-01 to 2020-10. But after a recent resubmission, the job exited.Under /glade/scratch/lxia/b_2004_2100_1deg_refc2_rcp45_CCSM4_chem.003/run/cpl.log.140114-134805, it shows error:"ocn.log.140114-134805:(shr_sys_abort) ERROR: ocn_run_mct:: Internal pop2 clock not in sync with
Sync Clock"
