Interpolate CAM4 restart file to CAM5 or CAM6

Dear all, i have some very old restart files from CAM4 that I need to use in CAM5 or CAM6. So, I need to interpolate them from 26 levels to 30 or 32 levels.
Is there a package to do so? Otherwise I will write my own code to do interpolation. Thanks very much.
