Inundation ratio

Hello everyone, I am doing methane simulation, but my current simulation results are still far from ideal. The simulated value is the emission of methane in the place that should absorb methane, and I think it is unreasonable to set the inundation fraction, because I used the global file and did not change it, and its resolution is very coarse. I now want to replace the inundation fraction for this site, what should I do as well. I tried to find three parameters related to the inundation fraction, I changed all three parameters, and set the gradient, but my simulation results didn't change at all, and I don't know if it makes sense. What I understand is that the inundation fraction is calculated using these three parameters
three parameters:

1. F0: 'maximum gridcell fractional inundated area'
(Gradient parameter value:0.01 0.05 0.10 0.15 0.20 0.25 0.30 0.35 0.40 0.45 0.50 1.00)

2. P3: 'coefficient for qflx_surf_lag for finundated'
(Gradient parameter value: 1 10 50 100 500 1000 1500 3000)

3.ZWT0:'decay factor for finundated'
(Gradient parameter value:0.01 5 15 30 50 70 100)

I would like to ask if there are any parameters missing. If I want to change the inundation ratio of this site, what data should I change to achieve my purpose?I really have been struggling with this problem for a very long time and would appreciate any advice you have.

Input from the rest of the community is welcome, as we don't have any in-house expertise with the methane model.
