Is sth wrong with UCAR machine?

Hi, all
Currently, I can't connect to UCAR machine. The messages appear as follows

ksh: Cannot exceed the user or group quota.
NFS write error on host bs1203sw: 88.
NFS write error on host bs1203sw: 88.
File: userid=1421, groupid=1000

Who can tell me what is wrong?
