Hy all,
I am working on creating a surface dataset for a single point case (1x1_boulderCO) in CESM 2.1.0 (CLM5) following the user guide (1.6.3. Running Single Point Configurations — clmdoc release-clm5.0.01 documentation). After creating the map file and scripgrid files mentioned below. I tried to run the mkmapdata.sh script for creating map files needed to create a surface dataset in the last step.
map_1x1_boulderCO_noocean_to_1x1_boulderCO_nomask_aave_da_191028.nc
SCRIPgrid_1x1_boulderCO_nomask_c191028.nc
SCRIPgrid_1x1_boulderCO_noocean_c191028.nc
./mkmapdata.sh -r $GRIDNAME -f $GRIDFILE -t regional -v -d
But, running the above line in the terminal shows all the processes, and at the end shows the message "Successfully created needed mapping files for 1x1_boulderCO". But I could not find the files in the directory nor in the inputdata directory of the maps folder of my machine.
The output on the terminal is attached as a text file.
I have also attached the mkmapdata.sh file which I am using for this purpose.
I would be grateful for any help.
Regards
Umair
