Issue with downloading the data using svn

I am trying to download the input data from svn repository using svn.
It stopped in halfway and shows that forbidden permission as shown below.


Model datm missing file file103 = '/scratch/rs9552/inputdata/atm/datm7/atm_forcing.datm7.GSWP3.0.5d.v1.c170516/TPHWL/clmforc.GSWP3.c2011.0.5x0.5.TPQWL.1999-07.nc'

Trying to download file: 'atm/datm7/atm_forcing.datm7.GSWP3.0.5d.v1.c170516/TPHWL/clmforc.GSWP3.c2011.0.5x0.5.TPQWL.1999-07.nc' to path '/scratch/rs9552/inputdata/atm/datm7/atm_forcing.datm7.GSWP3.0.5d.v1.c170516/TPHWL/clmforc.GSWP3.c2011.0.5x0.5.TPQWL.1999-07.nc' using SVN protocol.

svn export failed with output: and errput svn: E170013: Unable to connect to a repository at URL 'https://svn-ccsm-inputdata.cgd.ucar.../clmforc.GSWP3.c2011.0.5x0.5.TPQWL.1999-07.nc'

svn: E175013: Access to '/trunk/inputdata/atm/datm7/atm_forcing.datm7.GSWP3.0.5d.v1.c170516/TPHWL/clmforc.GSWP3.c2011.0.5x0.5.TPQWL.1999-07.nc' forbidden

I also tried to manually access the input repository which shows the same message in browser.
I am using cesm2.1.5.

Could you please check if repository is active or I have made any error?

Hi Ram,

Apologies for the slow response! We had an issue with our SVN data server, so the problem was on our end. The system should be back up now, so can you try it again and let us know if you still get the error?

Yes, it automatically resolved sometime after this posting and it working fine now. I forgot to update the status.
