Link on homepage to "Register" is broken

Dear ESM-TeamI wish to download the WACCM model, but fail to register. When clicking onto the link "http://www.cesm.ucar.edu/models/register/register.html", I get a 403 permission error. Am I doing something wrong?Kind regardsJulien

The link seems to be working now.Note that registration is required to download CESM1, but is not required to download CESM2.
