Making a slab ocean, pre-industrial case

 Hi, I'm trying to create a new compset using WACCM but with a slab ocean model and pre-industrial chemistry. So far I've tried to build one with the following components: 1850_CAM4%WCCM_CLM40%SP_CICE_DOCN%SOM_RTM_SGLC_SWAV This runs, but unfortunately it only runs about 11 months in a 24-hour period. Is there a better way to create such a case or is there a way to speed it up? Thanks!

You might try increasing the number of processors you are running on. The processor layout is controlled by the env_mach_pes.xml file.
