Maximizing efficiency for WACCCM

I am running a 200-yr WACCM simulation with a prescribed ocean dataset from an interactive run. The compset is F_1850_WACCM and I am running this on the CU Janus cluster. I am trying to figure out what to set my NTASKS, NTHRDS, and ROOTPE values to so that I can maximize the efficiency for running this 200-yr run. I tried first running NTASKS with 120 and NTHRDS to 1 and it took too long to run just a year. Are there any suggestions so that I can maximize my model run?
