The following error show up in runtime when the CESM1_2_0 is compiled with intel fortran (no message when complied with PGI) on all types of my machines. But it does not stop, and the ocean output looks fine. Is this something to worry about?  MCT::m_Router::initp_: RGSMap indices not increasing...Will correct

The MCT messages about indices not increasing is not an error message.  That's normal and expected.  That is not causing the model to fail.  There must be another error message somewhere.  Please look through all the log files as well as the stdout/stderr files.

If the model continues and the output looks fine, don't worry about it. This is a common message, and not an error.
