Missing CLM2 ne240np4 map files

Hi,

I try to run a ne240 simulation with cesm 1.2.1 and search for the following files:

map_0.1x0.1_nomask_to_ne240np4_nomask_aave_da_c120706.nc
surfdata_ne240np4_simyr1850_c130313.nc

I can't find them under https://svn-ccsm-inputdata.cgd.ucar.edu/trunk/inputdata/lnd/clm2

Can somebody help me?
