Missing data：map_0.25x0.25_MODIS_to_0.1x0.1_nomask_aave_da_c170321.nc

I want to make 0.1 degree landuse_timeseries_hist_78pfts_simyr1850-2015.nc,
I enter the command: . /mksurfdata.pl -res 0.1x0.1 -years 1850-2000 -l $CSMDATA but it shows that it can't find the file map_0.25x0.25_MODIS_to_0.1x0.1_nomask_aave_da_c170321.nc, I'm looking for information about it on the internet I found that it can be downloaded from ftp.cgd.ucar.edu, but when I open the folder of the prompt, I don't see the corresponding data, please tell me how to download this data, thank you!
Or can I upload all my missing data on top of ftp? Because I don't know what other data I'm missing. Thank you!
