Missing fields in output IC file?

Hi All,

I am running CAM3 in SOM mode. I have tried to use output IC files from a control run as initial conditions for a doubled CO2 run. But the model failed to find a few field variable (PHIS, SGH, LANDM and LANFRAC) in these IC files.

Could anybody help with this?

I am using CAM3.1.p1.
