modification of 2 files with same name and placing in SourceMods?

Hello,I am making changes tocesm_2_2/models/atm/cam/src/physics/rrtmg/ext/rrtmg_mcica/rrtmg_lw_rad.f90and cesm_2_2/models/atm/cam/src/physics/rrtmg/ext/rrtmg_lw/rrtmg_lw_rad.f90 These files have the same name but indeed are different.What is the best way to make modifications to source code that gets put in the case subdirectory SourceMods/src.cam/  when they have the same name? Thanks,

CESM will only use one of these files. The one that it picks depends on the configuration you chose.
