Modify surface wind stress in coupled simulations

Hi,

I am trying to run ocean-atmosphere coupled simulations, but with modified surface wind stress.

Now I've got surface wind stress anomalies from observations, and would like to superimpose those anomalies onto model-generated wind stress field for a certain period (say one month), then check the response and the following development of the coupled system. Where should I modify the wind stress field?
