modifying tavg_contents file

Hi all,

I modified the ./run/gx1v7_tavg_contents file. But after the case began running, it seemed that the gx1v7_tavg_contents was recovered and the variables output were not changed successfully.

I noticed savenewtavgs = .false. in /CaseDocs/pop_in. Do I need to set this to true? Anything do I need to do besides modifying the gx1v7_tavg_contents file?
