module command fail when setup case for CESM2

Hi all,

I followed the instructions on 1. Introduction — CIME master documentation.

> ./create_newcase --case example1 --compset X --res f19_g16
> cd example1
> ./case.setup

However,
I got error:
ERROR: module command /home/anaconda3/bin python load python/3.8.3 netcdf/4.7.3 cmake/3.16 openmpi/4.0.0 failed with message:
/bin/sh: /home/anaconda3/bin: Is a directory.

I am stuck to this step, can anyone help me to sovle this problem. THANKS!!!
