NCAR Subversion server hardware update and IP address change

On February 7, 2018, the NCAR Subversion server hardware was upgraded and a new IP address was assigned to 128.117.124.213. This change may involve a lag time in the updates to the network Domain Name Servers (DNS) local IP tables.Depending on where you are located and the time of your local DNS server updates, this may take a few days.  This affect the following:- All CESM tags for versions 1.y.z as well as all CESM2.0 development tags up to cesm2_0_alpha08g. - All input data downloads from https://svn-ccsm-inputdata.cgd.ucar.edu/ via the check_input_data script.
