need code for cesm1_1_2_LENS_n21

How do I get the model code for CESM1-1-2-LENS n21 model tag for Cheyenne? The website (link here) shows where to find the code on glade but that is for Yellowstone and I am not sure what changes I need to do to make it work for Cheyenne. The LENS tag for Cheyenne is password protected and doesn't let me get the code with `svn` ...
