netcdf-c-4.9.1 make file error

Dear all
I was troubled by the error while installing the netcdf-c-4.9.1. I was porting the CESM on the Linux server and I could not find out what was going wrong. Is there any advice?

I have solved this problem by only transferring the netcdf-c version from 4.9.1 to 4.9.0, and the hdf5 version from 1.14.0 to 1.12.2.

I think that netcdf-c 4.9.1 will work with hdf5 1.12.2 - it's the hdf5 1.14.0 that was the source of the issue.

Perhaps a list that matches all required software versions is in lots of demand.
