Hi, all,

I run a test case F2000 in Archer2(UK supercomputer) with CESM2.1.3, the setup and build stage is successful,
but when I submit the job, the error suddenly appear. I have attached the atm.log and cesm.log file for your references.

I have tried to solve the problem, as the SolarForcing1995-2005avg_c160929.nc is more close to the end of the simulation.
I did not know is the error from the dataset itself or some internal netcdf library.

Hi Ru Xu

I am having the same error with a different file when running B1850 test case in Archer 2. Did you figure out what might be causing the error?

Thanks
Aleena

Hi, Aleenamj,

I think the problem is from the input data, some dataset may not be fully download or corrupt.
