Nudging in CAM-SE with ERA reanalysis data

I want do nudging in CAM-SE, but I'm not sure how to regrid the ERA or MERRA2 data into SE grid. I have search this for a long time and it seems that the link https://bb.cgd.ucar.edu/node/1001566 doesn't work. So does anyone know how to regrid the ERA or MERRA2 data into SE grid??? Thank you.
