Ocean initial conditions in 1850-2000 fully-coupled run

Using CESM1.2.2, I have created a case for B20TRC5CN with f19_g16 resolution. In checking the namelists without making any modificatons of my own, I found that the ocean seems to run from Levitus initial conditions rather than using the reference case as the other components do. i.e.init_ts_file = '[...]/inputdata/ocn/pop/gx1v6/ic/ts_PHC2_jan_ic_gx1v6_20090205.ieeer8'with RUN_TYPE="hybrid", RUN_REFCASE="b40_1850_2d_r07c5cn_160jp", and RUN_REFDATE="0070-01-01"Why does it not refer to the restart files from b40_1850_2d_r07c5cn_160jp as its initial conditions? Would it work if I changes the initial file to the restart from the reference case?I saw that B20TRC5 should be started from a stable B1850 simulation (see: https://bb.cgd.ucar.edu/crash-b1850-after-260-years-run), is this something to do with it?Just trying to get my head around how this component set works. Thanks!
