Optical properties of black carbon used in CAM4

Hi all~
In CAM4 black carbon is seperated into a hygrophobic and a hygropilic mode. I've compared the optical properties of black carbon in these modes, named as bcphi and bcpho, but data in these input files (named as bcphi_camrt_c080918.nc and bcpho_camrt_c080918.nc), seems exactly the same. The optiocal properties of hygrophilic aerosols varies when relative humidity changes, but the bcphi file seems missing these information. Is it wrong or is it simplified in CAM4? Thanks~
