Organic soils in PTCLM

I am running some single-point CLM simulations on peatland systems using Ameriflux atmospheric forcing. I know that creating surface files with peatland fraction/all organic soil is possible but is there a way to do this using PTCLM or do you need to build the files yourself using mksurfdata_map? As far as I can tell you can only manipulate the mineral soil contents using the soil data text files in PTCLM. Thank you!

Right, as far as I'm aware, you can only specify the mineral soil contents using PTCLM. For a single point simulation, I think I'd just use a netcdf tool to change the organic content in the surface dataset.
