output selected columns or regions with CAM5.3 SE core

Hi there,I am working on the cesm1_2_re06 and I am trying to output selected columns or regions for CAM (e.g., ARM SGP site or tropical band for 20S-20N) for CAM SE core. I can't use fincl(1-6)lonlat for the SE core. The following is the error message from atm.logCAM atmosphere model initialization
Read in cam_inparm namelist from: atm_in
(shr_sys_abort) ERROR: READ_NAMELIST: Column output is not supported in Unstructered Grids
(shr_sys_abort) WARNING: calling shr_mpi_abort() and stoppingI also tried collect_column_output = .true., and it's still not working. I am wondering if the functionality is gone for the SE core or I did not set it properly. Thanks for the help.H.

CSEG and Liaisons
The functionality of column output has never been extended to work with unstructured grids.  I expect it will be in the not too distant future.
