Hello I am trying to set up an LGM simulation with the new released CESM2.0 code. I have downloaded from the github website the paleotool kit and am looking to revise the input file for the river transport model (rtm) using the rdirc code. I understand from the PALWG website that this is not advised for near-time simulations. I have produced my revised topography file, which is needed for the rdirc.csh scriptHowever, in the folderpaleoTookkit/cesm1/lnd/rdircThere is no Makefile for the code which I think is needed when running rdirc.csh Can you please suggest where I can find this. I am planning to run on the NCAR cheyenne system Thanks Sarah Bradley
