Hi,
I am tying to force the ocean model with external surface heat flux (SHF) and surface fresh water flux (SFWF). For ‘Barnier-restoring’formulation, necessary forcing fields consis of effective SST, spatially varying restoring time scale, sea ice mask and down-ward short-wave radiation. For 'bulk-NCEP' formulation, necessary forcing fields consist of SST, air temperature, air humidity, downward shortwave radiation, cloud fraction, and wind speed.
How can I get these data during about the year1950-2000, especially the cloud fraction data, sea ice mask data and downward shortwave radiation data.
