Possible mis-computation of Bry and Cly?

Hello to all,We recently came across a weird result whilst running WACCM, concerning the overall budgets of the Cly and Bry families. It turned out that the numbers given by the BRY and CLY variables as output from the model did not match the sum of the concerned individual species (we checked what the involved single species were supposed to be in the code).
All of the species taken separately behave well (or so we think, the modelisation is indeed very consistent with our expected values), but something is going wrong when they get added up. Or maybe some kind of correction is applied? For further detail, see the attached figure, displaying an example of a vertical profile for Cly:
The plain line is given by the REPROBUS model that we ran in parallel for the sake of comparison. It matches (very well) the dashed line, which is the addition of the individual Cly species as given by WACCM in its output, summed up "by hand".
The last line (dots) is the CLY output variable as given by WACCM. As it turns out, a large discrepancy is found with the previous two curves.Could this be the effect of a possible bug?Note that if BRY and CLY are erroneous only as output variables, the problem is not very important, but should still be pointed out. Our concern is to know whether these erroneous values are possibly used in the core process of the chemistry calculation, in which case things could be a bit more complicated.Cheers,Thibaut.

Dear Thibault,The correct history variable to examine for total CLy mixing ration is TCLY. Apparently CLY is used for transport and may be out of sync with the Cl species at output. This is clearly confusing, so hopefully it can be clarified in the future with a better long name description of CLY.
