Present Day SOM experiment getting aborted

I am trying to run the Present Day SOM compset E_2000_CN_GLC_CISM1 in CESM 1.2.2. I have used the SOM input file pop_frc.gx1v6.100105.nc from the input repository.The compset builds successfully but after submitting the job, the job crashes with the following error:(shr_sys_abort) ERROR: atm_prognostic but num_inst_atm not num_inst_max
(shr_sys_abort) WARNING: calling shr_mpi_abort() and stopping
