Problem Configuring FSDCHM with TAGGING in CESM1_0_4(using Intel and Openmpi)

I am using CAM5 to run FSDCHM with Black Carbon TAGGING script in the $CASE/SourceMods/ with INTEL and OPENMPI. But an error occurred in the ./cofigure -case step. However，I can run the case successfully without TAGGING script. What's even more interesting is that I can also run the case successfully with TAGGING script using PGI and OPENMPI. Did INTEL lead to the configure failure?
