problem in removing land part in the cam5.3 standalone

Hi,

I am performing an experiment using cam5.3 standalone version with finite volume dynamical core in2 degree equivalent resolution. In the experiment, I have removed some of the portion of land,in the process some of ocean part also got removed. I have modified the corresponding topofile , land and camocn files and as a result, getting error during simulation.I am attaching the corresponding error file.

Kindly guide me to complete my desired experiment.Thanking you for your sincere guidance.

(seq_domain_check_grid) ERROR: incompatible domain grid coordinates<br /><br />You should look in the code for the error message and look at the check which has generated this message. <br /> That should help you see what's wrong with the changes you've made to the boundary datasets.
