problem of running CAM4.0

I am trying to run CAM4.0 but failed. I got some error message shown in a file named fort.10 like this:

(shr_sys_abort) WARNING: calling shr_mpi_abort() and stopping

Is there anyone know how to fix this?

Are you running CAM4 using standalone scripts, or as an F compset via CCSM scripts? The error you're getting is from the docn (data ocean) component, but this component isn't supported yet from CAM standalone scripts. It will be in the next CAM release which will be part of the new CESM-1.0 model due out in June.
