Problem running CAM5 with MAM3 module

I runs the bulk aerosol model ,every thing is OK

But when I run with MAM3 ,I meet this problem

It is listed at the end of atm log

Can anyone give me some sugguestion

I find the problem

one file is missing ,so the model can not move on

I download it ,then everything is ok

It seems related to the chem package. I have no clues at all.
