Problem With Accessing many pages of CESM website

Hi,For past few weeks, we were unable to access many of the pages for cesm, and were working with Cached pages. Now we want to download some files and we are unable to do that. Please suggest what the problem can be. For example, I was trying to access the CESM1.2.z link on this page http://www2.cesm.ucar.edu/models/current and got this error (after about 3 minutes) - Connection to 128.117.23.208 failed.[/b] Thanks.
