Happy new year!everybody! there are some problems when i run ccsm.
the building of ccsm is ok,but "run" comes some errors, one problem shows that ENDRUN:INIT_FILEPATHS: Cannot find LOGNAME environment variable in atm.log and lnd.log, it's not ok after I resetting the LOGNAME. and some problem shows that
surfrd error: CAM fractional land differs from surface dataset at i,j=
46 3
surfrd error: CAM fractional land different from surface dataset input
by more than 1.e-12 at i,j= 46 3
ENDRUN: called without a message string in lnd.log.
Have you ever encountered these problems, hope you can give me some advices!! thank you!!!
