Problems in gmake

Hi everyone,

I started looking up and cherching for air chemistry in CAM 3.0, I want to have output in Sulfates, Ozone, Dust, Salt and CO2. I made this configuration iniside bld :
./configure -cppdefs "-DDSUST" -nadv 16 -cam_bld /path/cam.aerosoles and it was ok. I made some changes to the source code for switching on the aesols options (in aerosol_intr.f90) and to turn on dust switch and I went to bld directory and I made gmake :

cat: Rootdir: No such file or directory
grep: misc.h: No such file or directory
cat: Filepath: No such file or directory
cat: Srcfiles: No such file or directory
Makefile:1005: /mnt/skiron5/chrispana/cam3/cam1/models/atm/cam/bld/Depends: No such file or directory
gmake: *** No rule to make target `/mnt/skiron5/chrispana/cam3/cam1/models/atm/cam/bld/Filepath', needed by `/mnt/skiron5/chrispana/cam3/cam1/models/atm/cam/bld/Srcfiles'. Stop.

This is what it appeared.

Thanks

This problem looks to me that that gmake is not seeing the Makefile at all if it does not know the rule for making Filepath. Have you checked that Makefile is in the place you expect?
