Hello, I'm trying to run F2000CN component (in CESM1.0.4) with modifying surfdata file. I change monthly_LAI in the file, surfdata_1.9x2.5_simyr1850_c091108.nc.The monthly LAI is changed from march to october. In env_conf.xml, entry id="CLM_CONFIG_OPTS" value="". because 'bgc cn' option run CN module. I check outputs step by step. Truncation errors are observed in middle of February. Why this error occurs? This error does not occur on CLM alone experiment (I compset). I retry this experiment with turning on "CLM_FORCE_COLDSTART" options, but the error also occurs. For model simulation, I use intel fortran compiler version v. 13, netcdf v. 3.6.3, openmpi v. 1.4.3 How can I fix this error? Please help me to perform successful CAM run.
