problems running mk_remap

Hi,

We are having trouble running mk_remap.csh (to be more specific, we are using mk_remap_T31_gx3.csh)

1 - We execute the makefile in the directory ~/tools/cpl/scrip1.4/source , then it generates .o and .mod files

Inside the directory ../scrip1.4 , we have:
bugs build ChangeLog create_grids doc README scrip scrip_test source

2 - We edit the paths in mk_remap.csh but it then displays the following error : "/tools/cpl/scrip1.4/create_grids/myconvertPOPT: Command not found"

We accessed the directory and tried to compile the .f file inside the directory. As there is no makefile, we tried in several ways but without success...

We appreciate any help on the subject.

Hi Maria - Can you tell me where you are running and what version of the tools you are working with?

Hi Nan,  We are running on Ubuntu 12.04 LTS, 64 bits.
The tools version we are using was downloaded from ftp://ftp.cgd.ucar.edu/archive/CESM_tools/setup_tools/
 More specifically, myconvertPOPT is under ccsm3_setup_tools_110319-NR-120316/cpl/scrip1.4/ and it is from 11/03/2009. Thank you, Maria
