Problems with CESM2.1 prealpha tests

I am attempting to port CIME to the Boston College Andromeda cluster, and am encountering some build issues with CESM 2.1; some (but not all) of the prealpha test cases fail on the build stage, giving similar errors to the included build log. It seems that ESMF is not properly included, but I can't find any information on how to fix this issue.

Any help is appreciated!

ESMF is an external library not provided by CESM. You can get it here: GitHub - esmf-org/esmf: The Earth System Modeling Framework (ESMF) is a suite of software tools for developing high-performance, multi-component Earth science modeling applications.

Ah, my mistake, building and including ESMF seems to have fixed that issues. Thank you! I am however still encountering some other issues; it looks like some of the input data is not being properly downloaded. I have included the relevant output of the prealpha tests. I do see my DIN_LOC_ROOT being populated with some of the input data.

It looks like someone hard coded a path for this test. I wouldn't worry about it.

That particular test should not have been included since it wants to use input data
that is not exported from our system. Ignore the results of that test.
