Profiling CLUBB standalone

Hello , I have downloaded the clubb standalone code from the link suggested by  "http://www.cesm.ucar.edu/working_groups/Atmosphere/development/cam6/clubb/ " .
Its running fine ,But I am not able to profile it using hpctoolkit .I am getting few issues while profiling using hpctoolkit Partial Call Paths is the title of "Calling context view "Can anyone help  me ?Regards Pratha

Hi Pratha,I cannot help with the hpctoolkit. However, I want to mention that the version you download is already an "old version" of clubb. Right now, there is very fast devlopment going on with this branch. You should contact Pete Bogenschutz or Andrew Gettelman for a more recent version.Cecile
