program to convert b40.rcp4_5.1deg.006 to WPS (WRF) readable input

I would like to convert history data of the MOAR (b40.rcp4_5.1deg.006) to run regional climate scenarios with WRF. Where can I find a WRF2CAM version for this run? Has anyone software (a CAM2WRF version) already adapted for this task and is willing to share it with me?
